The fundamental resource for the C.L.A.S.S. Leadership Actualization Program is the Coach Manual. This Book contains 14 Chapters with each addressing a unique aspect of leadership. Within each of the Chapters are four to eight lessons that provide the facilitator a clear script to follow in “teaching” the lesson. These Lessons are followed immediately by Activities which are also included in the C.L.A.S.S. workbook.

The 330 page manual can be used annually to provide a year-round Leadership Curriculum or condensed as desired to fit the individual needs of the team or organization where applicable.

    I just purchased your coaches manual. I look forward to using the lessons with my team. I continue to coach football in Ephrata and enjoy the challenges of the teaching the young men in our program. The longer I coach the more I think the real difference between success and struggles is the mental part.
